The sewable sample matched bulk. Colour and cord thickness did not drift between the first carton and the repeat.
We needed a short run to open a hardware colour, then the same plating on the refill. The packing list actually travelled with the carton.
First reply in a working day, and they said no to a finish they could not stand behind. That saved us a sample week.
