Brief. A London evening line wanted more nylon in the allover so the overlay would sit over a stretch lining without collapsing. They still needed a cotton share for hand.

Work. D625103XW is Nylon 52% / Cotton 48%, MOQ 50 meters — nylon just over half. We sampled against their stretch lining, locked recovery after a light steam, then packed 50 m with the ticket in the roll bag.

Result. The overlay did not sit dead on the lining in the first fitting. Repeat 100 m used the same article, not a 60/40 cousin.
