Brief. A small bridal atelier in Spain needed a softer allover than a nylon Raschel. Their muslin was ivory; they wanted cotton above 70% so the overlay would not shine under church lighting.

Work. D625104CW is ticketed Nylon 29.6% / Cotton 70.4%, MOQ 50 meters. We sent a cut with the ticket, not a substitute with a similar flower. Width and scallop were locked before the 50 m went on the beam.

Result. They sewed the 50 m into two sample gowns, then repeated 150 m. Fibre split on the commercial invoice matched the retain.
