Brief. A Los Angeles importer needed a cotton-blend allover for a resort dress, colour ‘sand’ not ‘ivory’, and a packing list that US customs would not kick for fibre.

Work. DC620030W: Nylon 43.5% / Cotton 56.5%, MOQ 50 meters. Sand was a new dip on the same construction. We kept the 50 m as the strike-off, then 200 m bulk from that dip — no second dyehouse.

Result. The 200 m landed with the same sand as the 50 m roll they signed. Fibre on the invoice was the ticket, not a rounded ‘nylon/cotton blend’.
