Brief. A US corset brand needed eyelash lace with metal eyelets that would take a satin cord without tearing the lace. They had already rejected a panel where eyelets sat on a join.

Work. M26010014, eyelash lace + metal eyelets, MOQ 30 pcs. We marked eyelet pitch on the retain, checked each eyelet sat in a solid bar, and noted nickel language on the metal for skin-adjacent cord.

Result. 30 pcs sewed without torn eyelets. Refill 60 pcs, same pitch, same article.
