Brief. An Italian womenswear line wanted irregular marble-look sew-ons so each jacket front looked unique — but the diameter and shank had to stay inside a tolerance so the buttonhole still worked.

Work. X2-BTN-03 irregular marble. We set a diameter window on the card, allowed pattern variation inside it, and rejected pieces outside the hole spec.

Result. The floor sewed the first bulk without recutting buttonholes. Pattern still read as irregular.
