Brief. A Belgian lingerie house needed an ivory cotton crochet edge that would sit on a stretch brief without the picot cutting the elastic. Opening had to stay at 50 yards.

Work. Article 2601028-A, cotton crochet, MOQ 50 yards. We sewed a 30 cm strip onto their elastic, washed once, and locked picot height before the 50-yard carton left Panyu.

Result. The sewing line used the 50 yards without swapping to a chemical lace ‘of similar width’. Refill 150 yards, same article.
