Brief. A UK occasion buyer wanted navy feather-and-sequin flowers for a cocktail shoulder. Feathers had to stay attached after a steamer pass on the sewing floor.

Work. 2601031, sequin / bead / feather, MOQ 50 pcs. We steamed the retain in Guangzhou, checked the feather bind, and packed 50 pcs in a shallow carton so feathers were not crushed.

Result. Shoulder placement on the first 50 pcs survived steam. They reordered 80 pcs on the same SKU for a second colourway discussion — navy stayed navy.
