Brief. An EU occasion shirt needed pearl-cluster sew-ons that would not lose beads in a domestic wash, opening at 100 pcs. A previous ‘similar pearl button’ had a different shank height.

Work. 2601043, glass pearl + metal, MOQ 100 pcs. We locked cluster count and shank on a card in Panyu, wash-checked a retain, and QC’d 100 pcs against that card — not against a JPG.

Result. Season-two refill 300 pcs landed on 2601043. Shank height did not surprise the sewing line.
