Brief. A US belt wholesaler needed a second 40 mm pin buckle shape in the same antique brass as H10050-40, so retail could offer two faces without two platers.

Work. H10085-40, zinc alloy, MOQ 200 pcs. We plated it in the same bath standard as H10050-40, QC’d both on one card, and packed 200 pcs labelled as the sister shape.

Result. Two shapes, one brass. The wholesaler’s refill named both SKUs on one PO.
