Brief. A Japanese scarf programme needed a small zinc ring that would hold silk without chewing the edge, opening 200 pcs. They already sell the buckle as SB-2025-01 in their internal sheet.

Work. SB-2025-01 (Scarf Buckle 01), zinc alloy, MOQ 200 pcs. We pulled silk through the retain, checked edge abrasion, and plated to their existing gold standard.

Result. 200 pcs went on silk scarves without edge chew. Refill 800 pcs, same inner edge finish.
