Brief. A UK knitwear brand needed a swirl-knot sew-on that would sit on a chunky cardigan without spinning in the stitch. They rejected a shank that was too short on the first proto from another house.

Work. X2-BTN-06 swirl-knot. We sewed the retain through their cardigan swatch, checked the knot sat proud, and locked shank length on the card.

Result. Buttons on the first bulk did not bury in the knit. Refill used X2-BTN-06.
